1. The INTEGRA MENTE Centrum Terapii Poznawczo-Behawioralnej in Kraków (hereinafter: “the Center”) provides psychological assistance services, including psychological/psychotherapeutic consultations, psychological diagnosis, psychological support, and professional psychotherapy in the so-called second and third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapy (hereinafter collectively referred to as “meetings with the Psychotherapist”). These services are provided by certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapists of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (PTTPB), individuals seeking certification as cognitive-behavioral psychotherapists, or individuals undergoing psychotherapy training. The services are understood as follows:
a) psychological/psychotherapy consultation – a consultation for current issues presented by the Client, concluded with a discussion of further recommendations regarding diagnostic procedures and/or potential therapeutic options.
b) psychological diagnosis – conducting an agreed-upon diagnostic process with the Client, using psychological tests, interviews, and observations, aiming to make a specific diagnosis (regarding the causes of the Client’s difficulties/problems and/or a specific disorder diagnosis). The number of sessions is agreed individually with the Client. A written report from the diagnostic process is prepared upon the Client’s request, and its cost is determined individually.
c) psychological support – meetings scheduled based on the Client’s needs, focusing on working with the current problems presented by the Client.
d) psychotherapy – a therapy process focused on working on agreed-upon problems and goals of the Client.
Therapeutic goals, estimated therapy duration (number of sessions), and meeting frequency are agreed individually with the Client after the first few sessions (following a psychological/psychotherapy consultation and/or diagnostic process). These arrangements may change due to life changes of the Client, additional information obtained about the Client by the Psychotherapist, or the Client’s preferences regarding engagement in the therapeutic work during and between sessions.
2. Services are provided in person or online on days and hours agreed individually with the Psychotherapist or arranged via electronic communication methods.
3. Meetings with the Psychotherapist can be scheduled by phone, email, website form, or the bookero.pl application.
5. Payments at the Center can be made via bank transfer, electronic payment, or in cash.
6. The prices for meetings with the Psychotherapist may change, and the Client will be informed at least one month before the new prices take effect.
7. Cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours before the meeting with the Psychotherapist requires payment of the full session fee.
8. In the case of an appointment cancellation by the Psychotherapist, the Client will receive a refund for the payment made for the cancelled session.

10. All information obtained during meetings with the Psychotherapist is covered by strict professional
10. All information obtained during meetings with the Psychotherapist is covered by strict professional confidentiality. The Psychotherapist is not allowed to disclose the fact of the Client’s meetings, except in situations specified by Polish law, particularly:

The Client agrees to inform the following person(s) in such a case: (name, phone number: ……………………………………………………)
The Psychotherapist may provide information to the Client’s family only with the Client’s written consent and only to the extent agreed upon with the Client.
11. The first meeting with the Psychotherapist is a psychological/psychotherapeutic consultation. The Psychotherapist may refuse to continue sessions in justified cases, particularly:
a) If the Psychotherapist’s health situation does not allow them to proceed,
b) If the Psychotherapist believes that another professional (another psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist) has more appropriate knowledge and skills to help the Client,
c) If the Client’s behavior endangers the life or health of the Psychotherapist,
d) If the Client’s behavior crosses the boundaries of the Psychotherapist, making the sessions difficult to conduct.
12. All meetings with the Psychotherapist are completely voluntary, and the Client may cancel further meetings at any time without providing a reason.
13. The Psychotherapist has the right to cancel and/or interrupt the therapeutic process for important reasons: health circumstances, life circumstances, or vacation.
14. The Psychotherapist will make every effort to help the Client obtain the maximum benefit from the sessions. However, the Psychotherapist cannot guarantee the reduction of symptoms or the resolution of the Client’s problems, nor take responsibility for the results of the meetings. This is due to the Psychotherapist’s lack of influence on the Client’s life situation, the Client’s engagement in personal work between sessions, and the limited effectiveness of the method itself.
15. Meetings with the Psychotherapist, particularly psychotherapy sessions, may involve:
a) Experiencing strong negative emotions by the Client,
b) Discussing intimate and difficult issues,
c) Changing the Client’s way of thinking, feeling, and behaving,
d) Conflicts with close individuals due to changes introduced by the Client or simply because of attending meetings with the Psychotherapist.
The Client may refuse to provide certain information or participate in interventions that seem too difficult at a given moment. The Psychotherapist will make every effort to minimize the Client’s discomfort during sessions, but confronting one’s emotions and difficult situations, including in relationships, may be an important element of therapy.
16. During meetings with the Psychotherapist, the Client agrees to inform the Psychotherapist about their mental state, health, and any ongoing treatment, including taking medication prescribed by a psychiatrist or other doctor, and to refrain from attending sessions under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
17. To ensure the high quality of services, the Psychotherapist is subject to ongoing supervision by a certified supervisor-educator of the Polish Society of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy (PTTPB). The Client agrees to allow information obtained during meetings with the Psychotherapist to be shared and discussed in a manner that ensures the full anonymity of the Client for the purpose of supervisory review of the diagnostic and/or therapy process. The supervisor is required to maintain professional confidentiality.
