2. The administrator of the personal data contained in the service is Helena Koziec, conducting business under the name Helena Koziec Psycholog and co-founder of Integra Mente Centrum Terapii Poznawczo-Behawioralnej in Krakow.

3. In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations aimed at preventing the data from being disclosed to unauthorized persons. We monitor their implementation and continually check their compliance with relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Services Act, as well as all related regulations and European Union law.

4. Personal Data is processed based on the consent given by the User, and in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data based on legal regulations or in order to fulfill an agreement between the parties.

As part of marketing activities, the website may process personal data, to the extent that these data will be used for login or redirection to the following services:
a) Facebook fan page and Messenger,
b) Instagram profile,
c) LinkedIn profile,
d) YouTube profile,
e) Google Maps profile.

Based on authorization to process personal data, access to personal data is granted to individuals cooperating with the Administrator. Personal data, based on authorization (or a data processing agreement), may also be shared with entities providing IT services for the Administrator, as well as with entities handling the Administrator’s accounting services and managing digital tools, including the bookero.pl calendar.</br

The person giving consent also has the right to object, as well as to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
The person whose data is concerned has the right to receive personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and the right to transmit this data to another administrator without hindrance from the administrator to whom the data was provided.

In such cases, the processing of data will be based on provided guarantees of personal data protection, including the commitment to use standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission or the EU-US "Privacy Shield" program.

The Administrator informs that, for the purpose of maintaining psychological documentation, they are obligated to keep the data in the documentation for a period of 20 years.

Legal basis for processing personal data: Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Article 23(1)(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act.
