Psychologist | Psychotherapist

Psychologist and psychotherapist currently undertaking a comprehensive, four-year training programme in cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy. She completed a five-year integrated Master’s degree in psychology (with a primary specialisation in clinical psychology and a secondary specialisation in organisational and advertising psychology) at Jagiellonian University, two levels of training in solution-focused therapy, a six-month course in motivational interviewing, and a comprehensive one-year training programme in dialectical behaviour therapy.

She gained experience at the National Autism Society, the University Hospital in Kraków, the ‘The Presja’ project run by the Foundation of Choice, the Mudita Association, the Dr Józef Babiński Clinical Hospital in Kraków, Hedepy, and the Avalon Foundation. She specialises in supporting neurodiverse individuals, people with disabilities, those with a migration background, and people experiencing minority stress. She continually develops her professional skills by participating in a variety of training courses.

She is a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy. She adheres to the PTP’s Code of Ethics for Psychologists and regularly participates in supervision.

She offers psychological consultations and individual psychotherapy in Polish and English (cognitive-behavioural therapy with elements of schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and/or solution-focused therapy) for people experiencing various mental health issues (e.g. anxiety disorders, mood disorders, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, perfectionism or low self-esteem), those needing support during a crisis (stress, bereavement, burnout) and those wishing to cope better at work in demanding conditions (training in creativity, relaxation or assertiveness).
