Magdalena Moskal

Psychologist, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (PTTPB certificate no. 1928). She completed comprehensive training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy accredited by the Polish Association for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She holds a degree in applied psychology from the Jagiellonian University. She is a member of PTTPB.

With over twenty years of experience working with people as a psychologist, psychotherapist, mentor, educator, mental health and addiction prevention specialist, she has gained experience in various environments: non-governmental organizations (Praesterno Foundation, Plineu Association), institutions (Dr. J. Babiński Clinical Hospital, MOPS in Krakow), and for business (soft skills training, team building). She co-created and implemented training and prevention programs for schoolchildren and specialists. For many years, she conducted classes with students on methods of working in behavioral addiction prevention (University of Warsaw). Currently, in addition to working with individual patients, she supports employees of a large company in maintaining mental well-being as a Mental Health Professional.

She is interested in issues related to ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, work-life balance, and mindfulness. In her work, she uses elements of solution-focused therapy and schema therapy. She regularly undergoes supervision of her practice.
