Natalia Bielak

Psychologist, psychotherapist currently undergoing a 4-year training in cognitive-behavioral therapy. A member of the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy.

Professional experience gained at the Day Department for the Treatment of Neurotic and Behavioral Disorders at the University Hospital, as well as at the Psychiatric-Rehabilitation Department of the Dr. Józef Babinski Clinical Hospital.

She provides psychological consultations and therapy for adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, as well as difficulties in relationships.

In her work with clients, she emphasizes the importance of trust, understanding, and acceptance. She continually enhances her skills by participating in training sessions. She is interested in third-wave approaches such as schema therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
