Kinga Beśka

Psychologist, psychotherapist undergoing a four-year training recommended by the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. She graduated from psychology at the Jagiellonian University.

She has gained experience working in the General Psychiatric Day Unit for Adults and other mental health facilities. She continuously expands her knowledge by participating in various training and courses in therapy and psychological support. She is interested in third-wave therapy approaches and working with neurodivergent individuals. Her work is regularly supervised.

She works with teenagers (16+) and adults, providing support to individuals experiencing life crises, difficulties in emotional regulation, relationship challenges, as well as those suffering from depressive, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD.
